Fees and Deposits
All fees and deposits and extras are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Fees are payable in advance, specialist tuition and extras paid in arrears. Fees and extras are subject to annual review.

Part-Time, Flexi- and Occasional Boarding Fees (Excl VAT)
Regular part-time boarding and weekly boarding is charged in advance whereas Ad hoc/flexi boarding is charged in arrears.

Armed Forces Discounts
The Elms is proud to support military families, and we top up Continuity of Education Allowance to ensure families only have to contribute 10% of fees, in line with CEA rules.
Serving personnel who are not eligible for CEA are offered a 10% discount on fees. Additional financial support may be available through our means-tested Bursary scheme.

International Fees
Pupils may join us for short stay courses of up to 6 months, or can join as full time pupils, whereas pupils joining our full time programme will need to apply for a Child Student Visa. Immigration and visa experts, BSA Legal, assist families with visa applications. Professional fees for their services are £1440 and therefore this fee will be added to the acceptance deposit payment.
